Purchases and Refunds
Digital Products: Digital products are delivered electronically through the Wix platform or other designated services. Because digital downloads provide immediate access to the full content, all digital sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact hello@joeandhilde.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
Physical Products: From time to time, this website may offer physical goods (such as mugs, apparel, or printed materials) that are produced and shipped by either ourselves or a third-party fulfillment partner. All orders are subject to our shipping times notated on the product listing or, in the case of a third-party fulfillment partner, their production and shipping timelines. If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@joeandhilde.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund. Returns for reasons other than damage, defect or an error on our part are not accepted unless otherwise stated on the product page. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
User Conduct
