Hand-drawn comic showing a chocolate protein packet eaten at 5am, then protein coffee and cottage cheese at noon, a food noise scale from screech to silent with a thought bubble reading "Give me chocolate!", a floral decorative bowl with a note about being a bowl, layer, dump-and-scoop eater, a list of other foods (avocado, chicken salad, pita chips, green beans, feta), and a cartoon stomach character named Mrs. Tum-Tum cheering "Woo!" next to a stop sign, saying she felt comfortably full and ate way less food than she figured.

Hilde realized that it's been so long with knowing when she was full, that feeling the fullness was kinda weird. Also weird? Food still sitting in her new pretty bowl.
